Deep Pour Epoxy Epox-It Deep Pour Epoxy Casting Resin is a versatile, high-gloss resin with a crystal clear finish. Add pigments or dyes for vibrant results. Formulated for thick castings, Epox-It Deep Pour is suitable for: Pouring river tables, bar tops, countertops and live edge tables Encapsulating and doming decorative items Completing art projects Making jewelry Making figurines, prototypes and other models Epox-It Deep Pour is a casting epoxy. That means it is not the proper material for a seal coat, tumblers and related projects that requires a coating less than 1/2" thick. Those applications benefit from using an appropriate coating epoxy such as our Epox-it 80. UV Inhibitors This liquid glass deep pour epoxy resin contains ultraviolet (UV) inhibitors, which help the resin retain its clear finish. All epoxies yellow when exposed to direct sunlight, but Epox-It Deep Pour resists yellowing longer than other epoxies. Direct sunlight should still be avoided. Only use Epox-It Deep Pour to cast in environments between 72 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit (Both the resin and casting room need to be between these temperatures). Each pour should be at least 1/2-inch thick and no thicker than 2 inches. Epox-It Deep Pour comes direct from the manufacturer, so you receive fresh material each time.
