InCoat+ Penetrative Sealer is a High Performance advanced Penetration Technology and Protective Sealing Waterproofing Chemical. It can be used for excellent waterproofing and protecting constructions. It can be used before primer or use as a primer. It can be used as adding agent in water based primer so it gives strong adhesion, save colour and better shines on walls and protects the Construction. InCoat+ chemical can be used for waterproofing on terrace, roofs, Bathrooms and sunken, water tanks, overhead tanks like 10 Lakh Litres, 20 Lakh Litres and more than that swimming pools, reservoirs, Flat roofs, Roof Gardens, Retaining walls, Concrete foundations, Structural surface of cellars, Canals and dam, etc. And also it can be used for walls and water based primer admixture, putty admixture and multipurpose water based applications etc.Application: First, clean the surface properly and make it dry then fill the crack with mixture of cement and InCoat+ chemical. Then take InCoat+ 1 Litre Chemical and add 3 Litre potable water and mix it properly then apply directly on prepared surface area by brush, roller, spray or anyhow by spreading materials. Coverage Area: Approximate 100 TO 150.Sq.Feet / Litre and Actual Coverage Area are depending on prepared surface area and porosity.Cool Coating Application: Take InCoat+ 1 Litre Chemical and add 9 Litre of potable water and mix it properly then add 5 kg white cement or white putty and mix it properly then apply directly on prepared surface area in approx 100 Sq.feet by brush or roller.
