Product Features :
- Self-regulating heating cable, 3 ft 18/3 cold lead with grounded plug. ETL approved.
- Protect pipes up to 2 1/2 in diameter. Suitable for use on plastic and metal water pipes.
- Prevent the ice formation, can be used on flat roofs, metal roofs, asphalt roofs, rubber roofs, slate roofs, composite (tar and gravel) roofs, and so on.
- Adjust output automatically based on the ambient temperature at each point along the cable. No worry about the overheat risk.
- Test it before installation. Plug the cable in, put the thermostat of the heating cable on ice, and in approximately 5 - 10 minutes, it should feel slightly warm to the touch.
