Lab developed and tested product that when applied to porous tile, stone and concrete the product will produce a hard wearing clear wet look surface that provides protection against stains and exceptional water resistance. CoverSeal AC250 is proven to protect more coverage area than any other product on the market. Perfect for home or commercial Use, VOC compliant, zero odor, makes surface easier to clean, hot tire pick up resistant and abrasion resistant. Typical uses: Saltillo, Mexican tile, porous tiles, slate, travertine, concrete floors, colored and stamp concrete, natural stone, brick. Comes in both a gloss and matte finish
