The Floor Guys professional strength sealer is a fluoropolymer based sealer. What that means is it is designed to protect your stone and grout from both water and oil based stains. Wine, juice, cooking oil, jelly, Ect. It has virtually no odor, it penetrates deep into the surface it's very easy to apply and it is extremely long lasting.
