Incoat Plus Extra White can be used for waterproofing on terrace, roofs, Bathrooms and sunken, water tanks, overhead tanks like 10 Lakh Litres, 20 Lakh Litres and more than that swimming pools, reservoirs, Flat roofs, Roof Gardens, Retaining walls, Concrete foundations, Structural surface of cellars, Canals and dam, etc. Application: First, clean the surface properly and make it dry. Then do proper mix the Incoat Plus Extra White. Then directly apply Incoat Plus Extra White on prepared surface area by roller, brush or spray. No dilution required. First coat will work as Primer and Second coat will work as top coat. Coverage Area: Approximate 40 TO 50.Sq.Feet / Litre and Actual Coverage Area is depend on prepared surface area and porosity of surface.
