  • Product Care Instructions : Bacopa monnieri grows relatively slow under aquarium conditions. It is easy to grow and tolerates hard and alkaline water (pH value up to 8), however it prefers good lighting., It can be grown in or by the pond in warmer locales or as a houseplant in an aquarium or a shallow dish. It prefers semi-shade outdoors but requires bright light indoors., It prefers part to full sun and will grow in a wide range of soils. As long as it gets sufficient water, it can thrive in rock, sand, or mud. It will even grow directly in water features, forming its foliage as floating mats. Feed the plants moderately with slow release fertilizer., Once planted, it will continue to grow vertically even under the highest of light conditions. Bacopa Monnieri will be happy either emersed or submerged., They look fantastic spilling from pots or hanging baskets. In the garden they are lovely atop a retaining wall, as a ground cover, or along paths and garden bed edges. MegaCopa Bacopa is the most heat tolerant variety available.
