This is exactly a recreation of the 16th-century mural present at the Historical Madurai Meenakshi Amman Sundareswarar temple and it will be ideal for living rooms, entryways, and hotels. It's a spectacular wall decoration. The Historical, Arulmigu Meenakshi Sundareswarar temple of Madurai, Tamilnadu, India is dedicated to the goddess Meenakshi and Lord Shiva. This temple at the central portion of the Oonjal Mandapam shows a scene of the celestial marriage of Siva with Goddess Meenakshi. In the scene, Queen Mangammal the ruler of Madurai reigned during the period of 1698-1704 with his grandson Vijaya Ranga Chokkanatha seen at the right and his Dalavay (officer) at the left. This mural was drawn during her period. We renovated it. Temple management borrowed large prints from us and has displayed them at the same Mandapam and VIP Lounge.
