A low VOC, urethane fortified, ultra durable porch and floor coating with exceptional durability and a mildew resistant finish. Covered exterior wood, interior wood, and interior concrete. Use on porches, basement floors, utility rooms and other surfaces on which a wear-resistant coating is needed. High Hiding Formula Fade Resistance Stain Resistant Washable Low Odour, Low VOC. THINNING: Thin sparingly with water if necessary for spraying. DRY TIME: 77 degree F @ 50% humidity: Dries to the touch in 2-8 hours. Recoat if necessary after 24 hours. High humidity or low temperature may increase dry time. After 2-4 weeks, cured paint may be cleaned with a mild, non-abrasive liquid detergent. Dry paint film is mildew resistant. COVERAGE: 250-450 sq ft . Per gallon depending on the porosity of the surface to be painted. CLEAN UP: Wash tools with warm water and soap immediately after applying. Properly dispose of all soiled rags. To recycle or properly dispose of paint in your community, STORAGE: Protect unused product from freezing. APPLICATION METHODS: Stir or mix paint before using and intermix all containers for color uniformity. Apply as is with brush, roller, pad painter or spray. On concrete apply 2 coats, thinning first coat with ? pt. Water Per gallon. Prime all bare metal with proper metal primer. On bare wood apply 2-3 coats of this product. Surface temperature must be above 50 degree F (10 degree C). To reduce slipperiness, silica sand may be added. SURFACE PREP: Remove dirt, dust, grease and oil residue, loose and peeling paint or rust. Glossy areas must be dulled by sanding. Spot coat worn or bare areas.
