FAIRPLAST-IP (ISI marked) is the Waterproof Plaster Additive available in powder form, for cement mortar, confirming to BS-4887 & IS-2645 : 2003. FAIRPLAST-IP is approved by Bureau of Indian Standard vide ISI Registration no. CM/L7648592. It is available in 200 gm pack for easy and economical usage. BENEFITS : Better consistency in mortar; Prolonged workability, ease to handle mortar; Easier spreading of mortar and easy placing of bricks and blocks; Reduces mortar droppings from surface; Improves finish; Greater resistance to frost damage during construction; Protection against freeze-thaw damage after construction; Reduces permeability hence ensures waterproof plaster; Increases yield of mortar results into cost benefits; Reduces drying shrinkage cracks. USES : FAIRPLAST-IP is a multipurpose construction admixture, suitable for use with sand/cement plaster where it is required to reduce permeability. It can also be used in external plastering of roof and balcony screeds, plastering of basements and tanks, external masonry walls. LIME MIXES : Addition of lime to cement mortar mix to improve plasticity can be completely omitted and replacement should be made with FAIRPLAST-IP very economically. DOSAGE : FAIRPLAST-IP 1 Packs (200 gm) for 1 Bag (50 Kg) Cement HOW TO MIX : Measure required quantity of sand or aggregate with cement. Then sprinkle proper amount of FAIRPLAST-IP over the cement. Mix properly and then add required quantity of water to it.
