Boil Water in the new Cast iron cookware.
Wash it with warm ,soap water and a steel scrubber pad
Clean the grill pan completely using mild liquid/water and pat dry using a soft cloth.
Then apply cooking oil all over surface and leave it for few hours.
And then heat then grill pan under the medium flame for 5 mins. After 5 mins switch off it and Let it cool down completely.
Repeat the process for 3- 4 times before starting to cook to get your desired result.
